Oh, Diane. Still winsome on the far side of 60, Diane Keaton just grates in this 2007 romantic comedy as an unlucky-in-love mom meddling in her daughter’s (Mandy Moore) romantic life … or lack thereof. With a better script and a lighter touch, this could have been fun, but everything just feels forced, wasting the considerable talents of Keaton, Moore, Lauren Graham (“Gilmore Girls”), Tom Everett Scott (“ER”) and the rest of the fine cast.
